Last will and testament

We Live in the State of Texas. We ( my wife and I ), are about to draw or will. Each one of us have to make one Will or, one Will will be sufficient if both sing the document? We have agreed to leave evryting to our Son.

You should probably each have a will. A joint will may be valid, but it would be more practicable to have separate wills because you probably won't pass away at the same time and the loss of a partner changes your circumstances. Those changes need to be addressed.
