Link and content harvesting

A link / content harvester is couched as a search engine used a bot and harvested my site. They have refused to remove my links. Is there anything I can do? They do not have a privacy policy or terms of service.

Re: Link and content harvesting

If you send me an email clarifying what content they've harvested, I can tell you about your options. I focus on Internet matters.
