My grandson is Native American and we are trying to get him into schools of our choice.

Since he is American Indian is there not a law stating we have this right. I did it for my other kids but they will not for him. What are my rights. I live in Iowa.

I've never heard that a native american child has a right to attend the school of his or your choice anywhere. Perhaps you should contact an attorney who practices in the field of native american law.
