what does "announcment last pass" mean in a criminal case? this is a current case based out of collin county texas for a b&h 1st degree.
thanks again for any help.
Call the district clerk to find out what their abbreviations mean.
My guess is that it means that at the last setting the announcement was pass. (The action on the case was to pass it - reset it.)
It could also mean that that setting was the last time the court would allow a "pass" - reset.
Every county uses different abbreviations. The clerk should be able to help. Here are the phone numbers for the felony district courts: 972-548-4430 (McKinney) 972-424-1460 ext. 4430 (Metro)
Self Help Eviction
I inherited property in RI and before
my parent passed I agreed to let his
wife of only a few days move in the
house for one year. She should have
moved out a few weeks ago and in
fact has owned her own home for
over a month. She claims she has
too much to do in her new house and
is very vague about when she will
leave mine. She does not pay any
rent to me. Her only obligation was
to pay the property taxes and
insurance policy for the year...which
has already passed. There was never
a month to month rent payment
made to me. What is the worst that
could happen to me if I just changed
the locks? Is what ever fines I could
face cheaper than the long process of
evicting someone? Does it help me at
all that she already has a place to live
and has minimal belongings in my
house at this time? I am supposed
to be moving into this house and she
has already cost me an additional
months rent.
Deceptive, Abuse, Opportunism of a Mortgage Servicing Company.
Now before I start, I would definitely like to know why majority of the firms/attorneys declines cases that they haven't even seen one shred of evidence? Especially if an individual has ALL the proofs and records of the documents, letters, proof of payment, proof of communications, proof of attempted amendments, to name a few with a letter written chronologically regarding to the situation. I faced the same dilema when I was trying to find a malpractice attorney.
This case is regarding to a mortgage servicing company abusing, harassing, deceiving, opportunism, threatening foreclosure four or five times (but did no go through with it), and reporting unecessary negative damaging remarks to the credit bureau on my 73 year- old mother. The thing is that she have all the proofs and they don't. I have been assisting my mother in the gathering of these information and attempting to contact a legal representation. We are met with declines but ''other lawyers may have a different opinion'' familar excuses with no referrals that we asked of them. I refuse to let my mother lose her house over lies, deception, threats, and more. What is it that these lawyers were looking for? Isn't there any ''true'' justice for people who really needs help?
I am a renter in a multi unit apartment building in NJ (I have happily lived in these apartments with out incident since 1997). I recently discovered bed bugs in my apartment, I notified the super in the morning after I found them. After a few phone calls between us, he has threatened to sue me stating I brought them in (there are recent multiple vacancies in the complex & my building) and he has also threatened to have all of my friends and families homes checked, to prove I brought them in. He made comments to me over the phone about the company I keep (mind you, the only people in my home is my family & closest friends. Which I am now led to believe that he has a problem with me coming fom an interracial & ethnically diverse family & having racially & ethnically diverse friends) And finally he has threatened to have my 2 dogs put down stating they are as responsible as I am!
I called & set up pest control treatment with Terminix, as I felt he was jerking me around and taking to much time. He then sent a letter stating I could not utilize an outside vendor, so in compliance, I cancelled my appt. his extermination company is due to treat the problem in my apt. & surrounding apt's this coming Friday. My question is, does he have any legal standing for all of his "threats"? I have just re-signed a 2 year lease & I am now stuck here until May 2012. Thank you for your anticipated help. court order being abused
My ex and I have joint legal custody of our child. My ex's girlfriend kees signing school documents, homework assignments, taking my son to appointments, etc. on his scheduled days to visit our son. I have repeatedly asked the father that school parent teacher conferences and SIT meetings becing attended strictly by us two. I aslo don't feel the girlfriend should be signing things and making appointments - I have asked for all this to stop. They continually persist in doing whatever they feel. I feel it's a violation of my rights as his mother, the primary physical custodial and joint legal parent.
Am I in the wrong? Is she allowed to do all these things? what should I do?
