Does a Stepchild Need to Be Mentioned in a Will and Get Notice of Hearing?
If you are a stepchild and your Father passes, does the executor have the authority not to inform you of the reading of the will, and as stepchildren if you are disinherited, doesn't the law require that your name be listed as disinherited, in the state of KY. Your're asking for my State of residence, but this question applies to the great state of KY, as that is where I was raised and this question has nothing to do with where I live now, except for billing purposes.The county in Ky. is Bell.
