Husband seeking Residential Custody.

My husband moved out of our home 3 months ago and I filed for divorce about a month after he left. We have a 9 month old son. While we were married we both worked full time. 2 weeks ago I lost my job, and am now staying at home with my son everyday. His father is living with his parents. We are both good parents. What are his chances of getting Residential custody of my son? (He says he paid his lawyer $5,000 and is planning on getting custody of him.)

My question is: Is it legal to give my friends this voice recording?

To study for the SATs, I recorded myself saying SAT words from the book "Kaplan SAT Score-Raising Dictionary". It's basically like a dictionary for sat words. A link can be found here:

So anyways, I recorded myself saying these words, and it basically became an audio version of this dictionary/book. One of my classmates noticed and asked me for a mp3 copy

So I was wondering if it's legal to give this to my classmate, because technically it is an an audiobook, and if I give this to him, will I be violating any copyright rules, etc?

Transfer to another County

The other Lawyer transferred my case to another county and several orders were entered over a period of 3 years. Just recently the other court found the transer were not done properly. Does this mean that all those orders entered over 3 years are no good and can't be enforced.
