Very sorry to hear you are having such problems at home where you are hoping to RELAX, not gather evidence against your property managers. Not possible to provide you with any definitive answer since the time period during which this is all occurring is unclear. Not possible to provide you with a definitive answer that would be binding on the Court in any event, only an opinion. Your opinion is just as valid. Suggest you file in Small Claims for a rent reduction if you feel strongly about it, and also ask for injunction against LL to keep them from towing the car when properly parked, to make a definitive assignment of your parking space and to provide notice of same to towing company. If you do go to small claims, be sure to have a summary in the form of a chart with the dates of occurrences and duration for the Court. Best of luck to you.
