Unless you've actually filed bankruptcy, you will have to negotiate that directly with the creditor.
It is widely known that Amendment 64 passed in Colorado which makes the possession of less than one ounce of Marijuana legal. SO, my question is: If I am pulled over in CO (and I am NOT under the influence of Marijuana) and the officer SMELLS Marijuana in the car, is that still probable cause to search the vehicle without consent? Or does probable cause no longer exist on that basis because Marijuana possession is legal?
Inccident at School
On the last day of school my son was playing around and accidently stuck a small stick inside another boys ear.
What he trying to do was just put the stick on his neck and make the kid freak out thinking there was something on his neck.Next week they told us he was fine and nothing was wrong.
Then about Early July I get a call saying that the ear has gotten worse and the drum is torn or something. Long story short I agreed to pay all the medical bills.
The child's mother decided to transfer everything through the school,So the school is somewhat involved.
We got the bills today.
They are charging me 279.59 for Medical ( No big deal, my sons fault, my fault)
And $97 for mileage (48.5cents per mile), plus the childs membership to a tennis and swim club 131.25.
I am wonder do I have to pay for the their tennis club membership and the mileage they used to go back and forth between doctor?
Also the school seems to be on the other kids side, they see my son as the bad guy. Is it possible for the private school my son goes to for them to drop him if we get into a whole suit with the other parents?
If they do drop him, what options do we have.
Resume Copyright
Hello, I submitted a resume to a company who inturn interviewed me. The following weekend, the company runs an ad in the local paper and the 1st 8 lines of my resume are word for word in their ad, including the tense from my resume. The company told me I was not qualified, but use my resume to attract other applicants. I belive that this is plagiarism and that I can sue them. Am I correct in thinking this?
