Hello!
i am a gamer who plays Video games day by day.
recently i got banned by an anti cheat Company called punkbuster without any using of cheats.
while i have payed 180 $ for my game.(*** Note : i accept the price is small but it's not only me who is involved... two named companies have banned cd-key of many innocent gamers ***in addition we put lots of time to gain some scores and in other word we increased the value of our account which got banned after 5 years of gaming experience) i want to sue this company for banning players for no reason.
and most important thing its not just me!after some searches on web i found out that many of gamers got banned by no reason just like i did. we want justice and we want to sue this company
more info needed.
however, you are asking this of a PI forum. I think you needed a civil litigation atty and they would probably need a retainer ...unlike a PI lawyer who would take a case on a contingency.
Small Claims, at best.
Battery
My boyfriend and I were coming home late one night from the bowling alley and got into a verbal argument. Pretty heated, we were yelling at eachother but nothing serious. We went to sleep and 20 minutes later cops show up, arrest him (for resisting arrest), and charge him with battery. Come to find out a neighbor had called for a noise complaint and said that he had pushed me down the stairs (he lives on the first floor) and he would never do such a thing. The cops took him away eventhough i repetedly told them that it was a big misunderstanding. His roomate was there and told them that nothing physical had happened and that we had had a couple of drinks that night. My boyfriend later told me that he was told that my statements were not taken into account because ''there was a chance of intoxication''. How is this possible that I am a ''victim'' to something that never happened and that my boyfriend could possibly have a misdemeanor on his record for something that he did not do? Is there anything I can do to proove to the judges (if it goes to court) that he is innocent?
Wills / Property
I have an issue with a transfer on death deed. May I challenge the validity the deed same as I would a will with the defenses of undue influence, duress, etc? Further, where would I challenge the deed given that the deed avoids probate?
