I am filing I-130 online and I can't find P51 for class of admission, can I leave this blank or I must file via paper?

"P51" is indeed a brother or sister of a US citizen - I assume you are a US citizen yourself by now.

Avoid filing an I-130 "online" - if you still do, then you'd simply be "asking for it" and will only have yourself to blame for what is undoubtedly expected to ensue.

You don't have to go to the post office. This one is best filed by a bonded courier anyway and could have a FedEx, UPS or even DHL envelope(s) mailed to your address. You'd sanitize/wife/wash your hands after receiving & sending - with signature tracking receipt. Keep copy for your records.
