I have been in United states for almost 6 years. I lost job because of covid and because there is no job I have to leave the country. And I have personal loan credit card and personal loans up to 150k $ to pay. I dont see I can comeback to United States. I will be leaving the country completely. If I dont pay my debts, will it be a problem for me? Please help me out?
You need to consult a bankruptcy attorney to discharge these debts for you.
I think if I were you I would go see a local bankruptcy lawyer TOMORROW MORNING. You don't have to be a citizen of the U. S. to file a petition in bankruptcy, but it certainly is not DIY
I live in California, and am married. Someone wants to "gift" me a property, however I do not want for it to be considered as community property. I understand the Grant Deed can state "Married Woman as sole and separate property", but I want to make certain that my spouse will not be able to have any claims to the Property. (We are in the process of getting ready to file for divorce).
My question is, since the property is a "gift" and the deed will state that it's my sole and separate property does that protect it from becoming "community property"?
Grandfather's Will
i was just wondering. my father passed away back in 1993 and ever since then my family has like forgot all about us. Well i was told that because now my grandfather passed that we are entitled to part of my fathers inheritance. Well my family is leaving us kids out saying that since my father passed in 1993 that we no longer get a part of it. How do i go about getting information on this matter? Thanks for any information you may be able to provide me.
