Dealership knew they were selling an unsafe car and misrepresented the condition of the title.car is not safe per 3 mechanics. Dealership has failed to repair issues or entertain a better car with more money. This car is not safe and they knew it and took advantage of what I didn't know and i want to pursue legal action. What are the cost and steps
You need to contact a good "Lemon Law" attorney in your area. With as many car dealerships and car sales as you have in AZ, there will be some. Contact your local bar association for a referral. The question is not "How many hours?" but "Can you take this on a contingent fee and get paid out of recovery? And can we get Attorney's fees from the dealership?" You don't want to be hiring an attorney by the hour on this one. My ball park: 250 hours for a litigation through trial. Collecting is more.

I am confused about title and deeds
(1962) My mother and father buy a house as joint tenants, my father is listed as owner (only) on title and taxes with my mother as tenant.
(1985) My father filed another deed on the same house listed himself as owner and daughter as joint tenants . Putting mom father and daughter on the deed with himself as owner.
Mom put title and deed in her name.
(2006) Mom made new deed with herself as owner and taxes with daughter as JTROS granted from mom to daughter as a gift.
What happened with the house here and where does the daughter stand with the mother legally? Can mom remove daughter from the house without her knowledge? Do they both own the house now or after mothers death?
Special Circumstances?
I am aware that under Washington law, there is a waiting period of 5 years after sentence completion to vacate a class C felony. Are there ever any circumstances that would allow me to vacate after only 3 and a half years? Or is it completely mandatory to wait 5 years?
Married and spouse name not on house deed
If my spouse dies and my name is not on the house deed do I get the house or does it only get disbursed only amongst his children and what if he has a will can it be probated if i am not in the will.
Workmans Comp.
Does an employer have to carry workmans comp on a 1099 employee?
legal separation/monitored visitation
I may have to seek a legal separation from my husband; he is a drug user & I need info on how to have his access to our children limited i.e. monitored visitation. He will not quit using. I need the courts to help keep them safe since he will probably fight to see them or even try to take them from me, His reasoning and logic has been compromised by drugs.
