Someone posted part of my movie online what can I do?
My former friend posted part of my student film on youtube without my knowledge or consent. He put his production company as the director and gives no credit to me whatsoever even though he knows I wrote, directed and produce that piece. Is this in violation of copyright laws? Do I have any legal ground to ask him to remove this and or to sue him for posting it?
lease to purchase
I've been in ''lease to purchase'' home for 3 years. I put down $10,000, but have no desire to purchase the home. The contract does state that I will lose downpayment money if lease is terminated, but does not give a specific time for notice if moving out. I was going to give a 30 day, do you think that is adequate?
