I dont know if the officer did all the necessary paperwork to have it automatically suspended on the 46th day ( 3 days ago) could i mention this during court ( in two weeks) and to keep my driving priveleges ?? the dmv website says my license is still valid
It’s not the 46th day after the arrest but after he serves you with the sworn report. If he did it at thetime of the arrest my first guess would be you did not receive notice from the Secretary of State. Despite not receiving notice, if the Secretary of State mailed it then you are suspended. Call the automated number to check your license status.
