My daughter is threenow he never been in her life for 3 yrs I have been harrassed by him. He now is married and he want her for breaks and the summer time but she doesn't know him. The only thing he know is what I told him which is only her first name her birthday and cartoons she like. He want to meet her Saturday and we have court coming up. Also me and his wife never liked was h other because his lies. We live in Chicago and him and his family live in Wisconsin. Saturday will be the first meet day and he don't want to do court because he doesn't want to pay child support. Before the results when she was 1&2yrs he kept trying to give me money I never took and told me he was trying to give me abortion money
do not give him/ the child until there is a court order that says what his time with her is and where. do not.
he is entitled to tim/e with his child and he should pay child support. you should file for the support.
