And you should also have a lawyer. There is a parentage case on file and there is a need for court orders regarding parenting time, child support and payment of child related expenses. If you are being represented by the states attorney, that office is limited to dealing only with child support, health insurance and medical expenses. For all other issues, you need your own lawyer.
