In the state of Florida, I was charged in Apr 2000 with 3rd degree felony of Child Abuse. I pled to the charge in Oct. of 2001. I was given 5yrs probation, but I went back in Apr 2004 to ask for early release, which was granted. I was wondering when is this dated? I am applying for a license and the backgound check goes back 15 yrs. So am I past that or do I have to wait more?

Not sure what kind of license you're applying for so it's unclear if your question can be answered. I suggest to make things easier to just call a local attorney in your area and give them more specific so they can answer your question.
