Should I Leave the Marital Home if My Wife Wants a Separation?
My wife wants us to separate, which I move from the house we both own, Mortgage and Title, she thinks time apart may help, she is not asking me to move everything out of the house, I can keep my residence listed at our home, just live in different houses to see if this can be resolved, I am worried about my interest in my home and whether 'abandonment of property' can be used against me, or if there is a time limit on being out of the house, I had been advised not to leave the house by friends and am very worried, we just purchased the house in June of this year and now this happens.
