some of my old acquaintances are being investigated for maintianing a drug house and posession of weapons, since they went through the last year and a half of text messages they know i was thier friend and brought me in for questioning, they scared me into admitting i used to smoke by saying the would make sure i get kicked out of the army if i dont cooperate, I tied to answer all the questions i could and be helpful. In the end they said they didn't believe anything i said and that i wasted their time. are there going to be bad consequinces because i was honest?

Why would you go in for any police interview without an attorney? If you are part of they scheme, you are certainly going to be in trouble. If you admitted to marijuana use, I don't think that would lead to charges, but it certainly could. DO NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE FURTHER WITHOUT A LAWYER!!! www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz
