arrest on a violation of restraining order
What is the statue of Limitation for a person to go to trial for this matter? ITs been 5 months now and i have not been arraigned but have been in court where there is no record. I have not been provided with the charges and I lost my job as a result of a false arrest placed by my ex wife. Who can I sue as a result of this matter?
fall at work
I fell down an entire flight of stairs at work. I went head first, and my head hit a cement wall, and that stopped my fall. Due to the fall, my head had a huge bump, that had to be CT scanned. Both of my feet were sprained, bleeding, and bruised. Also, my thumb at my wrist is out of its socket, and I may have to have the joint replaced. I was told by WORKER'S COMP, that I was denied, as my supervisor, 2 days later, inspected the stairs, and did not find them defective. I am now being forced to use FMLA and STD for coverage. Do they have any right to deny me compensation, the bills are slowly adding up. Thank you

If escrow did not close on a determined selected due date, such as June 9, 2007 and it is now June 25, 2007 and escrow still has not closed for reason of buyer still trying to qualify for a home loan, can seller cancel the sell of the property without any penalty on the sellers and/or buyers real estate broker?
