Police would investigate the allegation. Person B would be questioned by police and based on the answers and evidence the police would need to make a determination on how to proceed. What the police need to do is figure out the source of Person C's knowledge and the evidentiary strength of that knowledge.

Can a non profit charitable organization charge a member rent, on a rv camp space with hook ups, when they are not in possion of a permit from the city nor are they zone for an rv park?
My ex-wife has been paying child support to me on our daughter. She just turned 18 and after high school she is going to move in with her mom and her moms husband and go to college. Can her mom make me pay support after she moves in since she is going to college? All the divorce decree states is that the wife is to pay the husband child support.
