appealling a Respiratory license
prior to enrolling in to school I disclosed to the Respiratory Care Board of California the nature of the offense, and the fact that I was on parole. I asked them if it was possible to obtain a license, and I was told that it was a possibility, time and circumstances would play a huge roll. Based on that I went to school. Graduated. My license was denied because of my crime. I am now off parole, passed my boards, have not been in trouble, and an have tons of support to testify to my character. I am now in appeals, and I need to know what can I expect. Given the fact I am off parole and my agent has volunteered to be a witness, will that work in my favor. And shouldn't the care board be somewhat responsible for continually telling me that i had a good chance. I feel suckered.
