we are not married. I got pregnant and he demanded an abortion. When the pregnancy became highrisk, he started abusing me verbally and emotionally. The baby was born at 25 weeks and is still in the NICU. He insist on holding her. All he talks about is how he is going to punish her. I don 't want him anywhere near the baby. The nuse says.he is the father and have rights.

divorce and chapter 13
My husband and I filed for chapter 13 late last year. we seperated at beginning of june, the payment has been coming out of his check. I agreed to split the cost with him. he is keeping the house and has since changed the locks and filed for divorce am I still responsible to pay for this debt? or can we move it to chapter 7 will he lose the house?
