future husband may be sued after marriage
My future husband own's his own business but most likely will be sued after we are married for something that happened before our marriage. Will they go after both of us since we are married? (I have nothing to do with his business.) Can they take items that are just in my name ,because I own everything.
I took photos of a music concert for a local music website. I was not paid by the website, nor did I sign any documents. However, I did not have to pay to attend the event and since I was with the "press" I was allowed in the photo pit.
Since I took the photos and own the camera, do I own the rights to the photos, i.e. can I sell them/ redistribute them or are they property of the company running the website?
