I'm a 44 year old woman who divorced in 2008 from an attorney. I believe my divorce settlement may not have been fair because:
-I was NOT self supporting by law.
-Our mediator held our escrow.
-There were no statements of net worth.
1. Is it true I have one more year to contest?
2. I've declared bankruptcy and will foreclose on my home and have no income or funds to hire an attorney. Are there any attorneys available to me who would pursue this pro bono?

my 2004 dodge ram was stolen back in march of 2007. I made a claim with my insurance and they were going to pay it off as a total loss. about two weeks ago my vehicle was recovered in good cond. i notified my insurance company that it was recovered and that i wanted to keep the vehicle and not to pay off the claim. i even made arrangments with my finance company to catch up on payments. well two days ago the insurance company paid off the claim and now want to sue me for $21000, is this legal, what can i do, please help
