Whether Petitioner has just cause to terminate Respondent’s employment as a teacher, for alleged violations of various School Board rules and policies, as outlined in the Superintendent’s letter to Respondent, dated June 15, 2009.Respondent subject to progressive discipline for multiple incidents of failure to comple IEPs and lesson plans. The incident on March 17, 2009, was a flagrant violation, sufficient for just cause to terminate. Recommend Respondent`s termination.
