In this disciplinary proceeding, the issues are whether Respondents, who are licensed real estate brokers, failed to reconcile their brokerage escrow account properly; failed to maintain trust funds in an escrow account as required; filed a false report or record; obstructed or hindered Petitioner’s investigator in an official investigation; failed to account for and deliver trust funds; committed various acts of fraud, misrepresentation, dishonest dealing, or culpable negligence in any business transaction; or committed any of these enumerated offenses, as alleged by Petitioner in its Administrative Complaint.Respondents failed to reconcile their brokerage escrow account; to maintain trust funds in the account; obstructed/hindered Petitioner`s investigation; revocation of their respective licenses and fine of $3,000, jointly and severally.
