ORDER AWARDING COSTS AND FEES


This cause came on for consideration of the Advocate's request for attorney's fees and costs associated with the Motion to Compel (Motion) filed on July 9, 1999. Respondent did not file a response to the Motion and on July 29, 1999, an Order was issued granting the Motion.

Based on the foregoing, it is


ORDERED that the Respondent pay $427.38 for costs and fees incurred in Advocate's bringing the Motion to Compel.
