Bankruptcy filing question
I filed in California for bankruptcy in Dec. 2000 and received a discharge in Mar. 2001, how long would I have to wait to file for bankruptcy a second time, is it six or seven years?

At this point, I would hope that you can plan to avoid bankruptcy. You can take a financial management course online which might be of assistance. Good luck.
