civil litigation

How do i stop opposing counsel from filing habitual demurrer's against my causes of action that have all been over ruled each time. As well as delays in discovery responses. opposing counsel is using legal maneuvers to delay my cause of actions from going to arbitration. what do I need to file to stop all these delays from the other side.

Re: civil litigation

Sounds like you need an aggressive attorney. Obviously, the other side knows it greatly annoys you and hinders your ability to proceed with your case.
