How do I disconnect my property as well as adjoining properties from a town?

It is called "disconnection" and requires that petition of 100% of the property owners in the disconnection area agree in writing - see UCA 10-2-501 and following sections. It is a difficult process which the municipality may reject - and thereafter the owners may petition the court.
