I am looking for some legal guidance regarding exporting motorcycles, ATV's, wave runners etc. out of the country.

As an exporter, you need to be concerned about getting paid. Payment terms across national boundaries are not what you are used to unless you are prepared to take big risks. For small transactions, Paypal works well. For larger transactions, you should have the buyer get an irrevocable letter of credit that satisfies your lawyer. Be cautious about the currency that will be used to pay and the timing of payment. You can get burned on changes in the conversion rate on credit transactions.
