Can you please explain the difference between Virginia Law and California Law (FMLA/CFRA, OT, Final Pay)?

To get an answer to your question, you will have to be lucky enough to find an employment law attorney who is licensed to practice law in both Virginia and California. I don't know of anyone that fits the bill.
