I own half interest which reads ''undivided interest'' in D&T. I carry the note on the other half. He has defaulted on the note. How do I foreclose?

You should get an attorney to help with your foreclosure. The procedures are specific (they are in the Texas statutes) and if you do it wrong, you will waste a bunch of time and money.
