I am 73 years old and have a SS cheek of $565.00 per mo. can child suport take $242.50 out : that is a little less then half,and it is under the poverity level?The irs garanchies ss cheek ,but the first $750 can't be counted,only monieys after that amount can be taped by 15%.I think that childsuport has over sept thier authority .and I want it stoped. can you all help. I sometime live in a car.
