I am power of attorney for my aunt and am taking care of all her legal, medical a caretaking affairs. I

am self supporting and do not have time for my part jobs that supplement my income that I live on. Can their be a service contract created to compensate me for my hours with her and her

affairs.

Yes, you can make an agreement with your aunt, to pay you for taking care of her. I can help you with this. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.
