Is it legal for a son (I.e., "Jr.") to use a checking account belonging to his father (I.e., "Sr.")to process checks, pay bills, etc. (with Sr's permission) ?

Jr. is currently on the ChexSystems list, due to exigencies stemming from a divorce.

Jr should have a power of attorney specifically for this purpose.
