Land Lease
I lease land annually to a hunting club. The land is owned by me individually. Should I create a LLC and transfer title to the land to the LLC ? If so, will this protect my assets held outside of the LLC in the event I'm sued?

At a minimum you should absolutely establish an LLC, and in addition make sure of your insurance coverage for liability.
Finally, your lease with the hunting club should require they are fully insured and have a Hold Harmless and Indemnification provision in it.
