Why is it I have no difficulty finding free forms to start eviction proceedings, but not a single form to use for filing an Answer to a Complaint for Forcible Detainer? Where are the litigation forms???? Where are the forms for the Tenant in the Landlord/Tenant categories??

If you are unable to locate specific forms on this website, then it would be better if you addressed your questions directly to the admin staff of the website, not the attorneys -- who probably can't answer your questions about location of forms within the site.
Otherwise, outside of this site, you will encounter difficulty finding the type of litigation information you want -- your best bet is the county law library.
