Living trust
I recently closed my Living Trust. However, I just discovered that my timeshare was in the trust and I didn't move it out before I closed the trust. Can I still move it out? I was the executor and I am single.

You should still be able to move the item into your name. Consider providing the revocation of trust to the institution and request retitling to your name.
