married couple not allowed to live together

My husband was charged with aggravated assault F4, D.V. M1 and Disrupting public service F4. I am his wife and victim in this case. The judge gave him 2 years probation and also that we are not permitted to live together. We have been working on our marriage since this incident happened and I have been alcohol free for over a month now. He does not drink and has attended a management anger course. This is a first time offense for my husband. We have been married for over 22 years. I can understand making us attend counseling as part of the probation, but can he legally force us to not live together as part of the probation?

Re: married couple not allowed to live together

You need to make a motion to the Court to dissolve any TPO's that exist between you two and get permission to live together.
