monies owed to you but bussiness hads ceased to operate
How does one go about trying to get the monies owed to you by a company that has gone out of bussiness. I was told to place a lean against the building that they own. What is the procedures I need to take/

First you have to sue them and win the lawsuit. Only then can you record the judgment and have a lien on the building.
