My husband was sent home from hospital
my husband just had heart surgery in april 2008, he was put in one hospital in Nov.2007 they did'nt run proper testing on him and sent him home, the doctors at the hospital said that the other hospital should have never sent him home, can my husband sue that hospital???

You can sue, but you have to prove that he suffered damages as a result of being sent home. As a recent open heart surgery survivor myself, I know he went through alot, but did he suffer any damages as a result of being sent home...that is the question. Nowadays, malpractice is very difficult to prove, and then it is limited to $500,000, no matter how terrible the damage, plus any medical bills in the future. So, I doubt if you will find someone to take your case on a contingency fee basis. Of course you can find someone to take your case on a cash pay basis....
