need help
A truck had parked next to my car got on fire burned my front bumper and my fender on my car. The fire rescue was there. I called the person insurance, they told me they're not going to fix my car because it was not a collision. I don't think that fair at all; i need some one to help with this situation .

What kind of property damage are we talking about here. How much $ in damages would you estimate the fire caused?
Persuant to florida law I would demand a copy of their insurance policy.
