How do you get out of Pennsylvania's Professional Health Monitoring Program ("PHMP"). The PHMP administers both the Voluntary Recovery Program "VRP" and the Disciplinary Monitoring Program ("DMU")?

My husbands ex-wife is a 911 dispatcher, she somehow got my SS# when it has ALWAYS been blacked out in any court papers she received. She ran a credit report unauthorized on me and my husband. We've had alot of unauthorized activity on our accounts. Any thing we can do?
Child Custody Deposition Questions
I am seeking to gain more days for visitation of my son. My attorney has asked me to come up with depo questions to ask my son's doctors and teachers as to why I should get the extra days. My ex and I have split custody during the school week and I would like for him to be in 1 stable environment. What would be some good questions to ask?
I am the executrix of my mom's estate. I was left a greater percentage than my brother. My brother is calling me saying that since I am the executrix, that I can do what I wan, that I should do the right thing and give him more than what my mom left him in the will so we both will have equal shares. He is laying a guilt trip on me. I told him that I have a legal responsibility as the executrix, that I cannot do what I want, and that I have to follow the will. Am I right and how can I get him off my back?
I had some felony charges, related to the same case, sealed in 2003 in Florida and I am eligible for expungement in 2013 in Florida. Except for a specific list, Florida allows for petitioners that have had their records sealed to fail to acknowledge the record without fear of perjury or criminal charges for not acknowledging the arrest.
I am going to apply for a Real Estate Broker license in Texas and they are asking me on the background supplementation "Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offense? (Include all felonies and misdemeanors other than minor traffic tickets.)" In Florida I had adjudication withheld so it is not a conviction. Additionally, the record is sealed and does not appear on state or national record, except to those parties on the specific list.
My question is if Texas has a similar criminal record seal law that allows me to legally answer the question as no based on the record being sealed in Florida and/or the adjudication withheld of the charges in Florida?
