O.U.I.

should a 58 year old man who got a .10 on the breatalyzer and hasn't had any priors for 21 years attempt to fight this case in court?

I must answer an unequivocal YES! There are factual, constitutional, and technicality arguments that may be useful in defending your case and/or negotiating a plea agreement that results in something other/better than an OUI conviction.
