power of attorney
is a power of attorney form legally binding if it is signed and notorized but not on file with the city/county?
Re: power of attorney
The only time a power of attorney must be recorded is when it is being used with a real estate transaction (sale, mortgage, etc.). In that case, it must have two witnesses and be notarized.
