basically i was detained not arrested, i was not given a citation the police did mention that the prosecuting attorney may or may not issue a warrent for my arrest. whats going on here am i in trouble or not/ it was a part of a headlight to a car 3 young female witnesses including the car owner claim to have observed me from tacobell/
