sivorce and marriage
My husband is got final divorce on 04/07/08 and we have got marriage on 04/12/08
but we already have a child who 18mths old. Actually previous marriage take about 4-6yrs before he separate 4-5year totel ia about 10 up but make a legal separate last year and just file for divorce in this year.it make me wonder that will have any affect on my green card application?
