Hello,
I live in Virginia and I 'm preparing to send my Remove Condition application packet (I-751) next week to:
USCIS
P.O. Box 660480
Dallas, TX 75266.
With CoVid-19 situation, it affected the office operation. My question is " Can I still sending the packet to them " ? I really don't want them lost if the office is closed.
Much appreciated your time and help!
Dani
USCIS is accepting applications by mail, but is cancelling in-person interviews.
Agreed with the previous response. USCIS hasn't issued any notice which suggest your application will not be properly received. See below

USCIS issued the following notices regarding its practices during COVID-19.
USCIS staff will continue to perform duties that do not involve contact with the public.
USCIS field offices have suspended routine in-person services since 3/18 until at least 4/1/2020. This includes interviews, naturalization ceremonies and biometric collection appointments. So if you have a scheduled interview with USCIS during this period, please expect to receive in your mail a notice from USCIS rescheduling your interview.
